About
I'm an AI-native CTO and engineering leader with 25+ years across platform architecture, full-stack delivery, and data-heavy products. I've come to believe the scarce skill is no longer writing code but judgment: deciding what to build, and shaping it so a small team, with AI and agents doing more of the work, can do what used to take a much larger one.
That belief shows up in how I work. I take in the messy inputs, strategy, constraints, roadmap, the state of the team, and turn them into systems that stay simple to build on as they grow. I'm at home where business, product, and engineering meet, and most useful when a problem is complex, regulated, or trust-sensitive and the data actually has to be right.
Right now I'm CTO and Head of Product at Curewiki, a clinical-research startup working to help patients find trials they may be eligible for. I own the technical strategy and I'm building the platform toward reliable prescreening at scale, with the analytics and AI foundations to support it. AI is both core to the product and increasingly part of how the team builds.
Before Curewiki, as Director of Engineering at OK Capsule, I led the re-platforming of the company's systems onto a modern, event-driven cloud architecture, improving reliability and cutting operating costs. I also run Juranosaurus Techs, my consultancy, and I sponsor React Brussels and React Paris.
I came to engineering from the opera stage, and I think it shows: I care about communication, creativity, and cross-functional clarity as much as clean architecture. I've spoken at more than a dozen international conferences, and I'm always glad to talk shop about AI-native engineering, prescreening and eligibility systems, or how small teams build big things.

How fractional CTO engagements with Adam work
Adam works on a fractional basis — typically one to three days a week for an agreed engagement length — so you get senior technical leadership without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire. Engagements commonly include technical due diligence, board reporting, engineering team leadership, technology strategy, architecture reviews, hiring support, and stepping in as interim CTO during a transition.
