About
I've spent 15 years building technology that makes products smarter and businesses more money. Started in CS research (published at ICML, ICCV), then moved into building products where ideas turn into revenue.
Co-founded Gondola, a dynamic pricing platform for free-to-play games. Built the tech, scaled to 45 million players, partnered with Rovio and ZeptoLab, and sold the company. That's where I learned what it takes to go from zero to exit.
Led data science at Tilting Point, building a 20-engineer team and ML systems for user acquisition and lifetime value prediction. Then as VP of Data Platform at Stillfront, owned infrastructure across 23 studios and 300+ games with distributed teams across multiple countries.
What I care about is where data, AI, and product meet. I've built recommendation engines, pricing systems, monetization frameworks, and analytics platforms. I hold patents in dynamic pricing. But I'm not just a strategy person. I write code, review PRs, and debug production when things break.
As a fractional CTO, I work with founders who need senior technical leadership but aren't ready for a full-time hire. That could mean architecting a platform from scratch, figuring out why your AI pipeline is burning money, or translating technical risk into business language for your board. Equally comfortable in all three.
