I am a Technology executive and Fractional CTO with over 25 years of international experience building, scaling and advising technology, product and platform organisations across VC and PE-backed start-ups, scale-ups and infrastructure-led technology businesses.
I help founders, boards and executive teams make better decisions around technology strategy, product direction, platform evolution, delivery capability, operating models, business transformation, AI adoption, security, resilience and scalable growth. I have multi-disciplinary experience, spanning software, data, AI, cloud, telecoms, RF, hardware, IoT and digital infrastructure.
I have built and led multidisciplinary technology teams of 80+, managed $50M+ budgets, supported fundraising rounds totalling more than $100M, and contributed to M&A activity including the successful sale of IONX Networks to Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners.
Particular areas of expertise include smart city applications, neutral host broadband, IoT-enabled infrastructure, digital platforms, and the use of data, AI and automation to improve operational performance and create new technology-enabled services.
