I'm a Fractional CTO helping $25–50M MGAs, brokers, and healthtech firms defragment the 15–30 disconnected systems that accreted during growth — policy admin that doesn't talk to CRM, commissions in spreadsheets, a
"sync script" from 2019 that nobody understands.
Across 25 years I've done this work at scale: bank-merger infrastructure at JPMorgan Chase, the global SOX compliance platform for 100,000+ users at Ernst & Young, a 300-module legacy .NET migration at Kellstrom
Aerospace, and five years as Tech Lead at a 400K-member health insurance marketplace (Catch Health) — where I built the AI compliance monitoring platform and the analytics integration layer.
I build the tools I use: Insurancera (self-hosted AI insurance platform, 15+ modules), Scour (stack assessment),
WorkJet (governed team AI workbench), Worktale (privacy-first proof-of-work CLI), plus the Cloudflare / Noundry stack behind them.
