Summary

I help Business and Enterprise understand, stabilise, control, and align their technology before scaling it.

About

I bringing enterprise tech experience and guidance to small and medium enterprises, helping them understand and optimise their tech stack needs and look for efficiency and process improvements that translate to cost and or time savings.
Career spanning enterprise SaaS, financial services, government, healthcare, construction, and education. Organisations from 80 staff to 90,000+.

At Seertech, 4 years running APAC enterprise delivery. 100% retention, no discounting, seven-figure portfolio. At Landev as CIO, platform and process change supported a 39% lift in construction output (180 to 250 homes per year). At Janison (ASX: JAN), built the enterprise implementation function from scratch. At Kinetic Group, multi-site infrastructure work cut telco spend 70% (~$120k p.a.) and external tech spend 50% (~$50k p.a.).

Both sides of procurement. Written RFPs as client, read them as vendor, judged responses, authored winning ones, negotiated terms, held accounts post-signature. Hired and built distributed teams across multiple companies. Sat on security councils and industry advisory groups.

Deliver across the stack - ERP, CRM, LMS, CMS, Windows domain and Microsoft Server, on-prem and cloud, SharePoint, identity and SSO, SIP and PABX, backup and DR. Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Remedy, and modern ITSM. Frameworks are guides, not doctrine. Most real delivery ends up hybrid, and that's fine.

On the AI angle. I studied ML and neural networks at SCU so the foundations were already there when generative AI broke open. I started integrating agentic AI into my work as soon as it became usable. Recently I've built RAG pipelines, run local LLMs, worked with vector databases, and prototyped agentic orchestration. I'm not theorising about what these systems can do. Different models for different jobs. I know where each one is strong and where each one will let you down if you trust it too far. That practical fluency matters because the AI questions that will land on this desk won't be about whether to adopt it. They'll be about which workflows to point it at first, what has to be in place before that happens, and which staff need uplift to use it well. I've been working through those questions for myself and for clients for the last few years.
