PROJECT RESCUE

Desperate CEOs who have technology bottlenecks or big failing AI, SaaS, EA & DX Projects call me to the rescue.

I've helped many companies turn around $1M to $40M projects with my Project Rescue service.

Of course, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, so...

PROJECT RISK MINIMIZATION

Risk-averse CEOs call me BEFORE their $1M to $40M projects begin in order to minimize the many risks that plague AI, SaaS, EA & DX projects.

Cost overruns, significant delays, failure to achieve business goals are just some of these risks. All have significant, sometimes catastrophic consequences for everyone involved.

PROJECT SUCCESS PLANNING

My favorite calls are from ambitious, forward-looking CEOs who want to ensure their new AI, SaaS, EA & DX projects are a resounding success from the start.

They know that, according to Standish Group's CHAOS Report, well over 30% of all such projects are cancelled before they're completed.

Of the ones that do get completed more than 50% cost 2x as much as budgeted, take 2x as long as planned and end up with less functionality than originally planned.

Sadly, well over 72% never come close to achieving their original business objectives; of the 28% that do, few deliver any ROI.

In a nutshell, less than 28% of AI, SaaS, EA & DX projects over $1M succeed the first time.
(My definition of "success" is On Time, On Budget, & Delivering ROI originally anticipated.)

My focus is on helping my clients' projects succeed—and my success rate is over 90%.

CONSEQUENCES OF FAILED PROJECTS

You already know what happens when a big AI, SaaS, EA & DX project fails, is delayed or dramatically exceeds budget.

Customers are upset. Employees are disillusioned. Profits plunge. Expenses skyrocket. Targets are missed. Lawsuits may follow. People lose their jobs. Executives lose their bonuses. Share prices can tank. Some failed projects have bankrupted companies. And the anticipated business benefits rarely materialize. That's what I help my clients avoid.

TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE?

I know what you're thinking. This is too good to be true. And maybe it is - for you. I don't know. But maybe it isn't.

It will only take you half an hour or so to work out if there's potential for me to help you and for me to work out if your project is one I can help with.

If it isn’t, I’ll tell you.

If you'd like to know more about how I do it lets chat.
