I'm a technology leader with 20 years' experience driving digital transformation, AI strategy and innovation across enterprise, healthcare and global creative networks. My work is about turning emerging technology into commercial outcomes, translating complex capability into clear strategy, and building the teams that bring it to life. I currently serve as Fractional CTO at Virtus Health, leading transformation and AI strategy across the business. That means identifying where AI creates genuine value across clinical and operational workflows, modernising the platforms beneath them, and growing the internal capability to make change last, all within the realities of a regulated healthcare environment. Before Virtus I was CTO at whiteGREY (WPP), where I led the agency's most ambitious AI and emerging-technology work and built the multidisciplinary teams behind it. Across two decades I've sat at the intersection of strategy and craft, which is my edge: I write strategies that actually ship, because I understand what it takes to deliver them.
