Summary

I drive growth by building your company's capability to ship great software, fast. My specialisation connects Strategy -> OKRs -> Roadmap -> Agile -> AI-led Engineering Orchestration.

About

I've led and scaled tech startups from first revenues to tens of millions. Nowadays I execute and teach using a combination of product, platform, processes and culture.

Experience: 15 years in 4x tech product CTO and CPO roles (two as co founder, two in exited VC-backed scale ups), and more recently Fractional CTO in 30+ high growth startups and scaleups.

Startups/Scaleups: I'm generally driving growth in 4-6 ambitious, VC-funded tech product companies at Series A/B stage.

Investors: Early-stage investment (primarily VC/HNW) de-risking through DDs & Strategy Reviews.

Enterprise: Tailored talks for board meets and executive team offsites to drive growth and manage risk.

Social: I founded and run the Perth CTOs meetup, and am currently co-convenor of Fractionals United in Oz & NZ.

Reach out: Hit me up on meet.leegold.com if you want to hang out (unless you're trying to sell me something, in which case please don't).
