About
As an experienced leader in Chief Technology Officer, General Manager and Chief Architect roles, I have consistently achieved successful outcomes for companies across Europe and Asia Pacific.
Over 25+ years, I have driven business strategy & IT strategy alignment, large-scale technology transformation programs and strategic IT Architecture services at several organisations across Australia, NZ, the Asia Pacific region and Europe. In doing so, I have also been in senior IT leadership roles responsible for Technology functions and the careers of several staff. I was and still am a member of IBM’s prestigious Academy of Technology which recognises the contribution of innovative thought leaders. My practical knowledge and teamwork has allowed me to create and manage business-aligned strategies and operate digital solutions and products for organisations. I help motivate people to achieve optimal results by role-modelling values, performance and behaviour. I am also a strong communicator and a trusted colleague, comfortable communicating strategic issues with all stakeholders in complex environments.
I hold a Masters degree in Information Systems and continously work on developing my knowledge by completing programs e.g. AI with the University of Oxford Said Business School. I act as official mentor to others, particularly those with a disability, inside and outside of work.
