I'm Pradeep Anand Ravindranath — PhD, MBA — and I run DynamWorks LLC, a fractional CTO and AI advisory practice in Los Angeles. Nearly two decades carrying products from idea to production across healthcare, tax, automotive and research computing.
The technical part — architecture, scale, reliability — most experienced leaders can do. The rarer work is intertwining a domain's requirements with the technical design: turning a clinician's or a founder-engineer's vision into a production system without flattening the domain to fit the stack, and without letting domain enthusiasm compromise the engineering.

RECENT WORK
Fractional CTO to TaxMD, a CPA-firm tax platform: consolidated 19 fragmented services and four datastores into two domain-aligned services on one Postgres system of record, and turned a hand-deployed release into a governed AWS delivery platform — Control Tower landing zone, Argo CD, build-once/promote-by-SHA, keyless OIDC, policy guardrails, instant rollback, SOC 2 readiness — leading a 24-person team. The governing rule for its AI assistant: deterministic engines and retrieval decide what is true, the LLM only routes and narrates.
Fractional COO/CTO to a naturopathic medicine practice: shipped Perirosa, an App Store perimenopause and HRT app built privacy-by-design — no account, no cloud, no analytics, accessible to AX5 — plus an AI phone receptionist scoped so it books nothing and accesses no records.
Earlier: co-founder and CTO of Curium in Singapore (ADAS multi-sensor calibration) — 15 engineers across three countries, patent WO 2022/031226, CES 2023 launch, 8x valuation in 24 months. Before that, applied ML at USC's Alzheimer's Therapeutic Research Institute and research software at Scripps Research (AutoDock Suite, 900+ citations).
