G’day, I’m Todd. I help Australian business owners and leaders make sound decisions about technology and AI, then put those decisions into practice.
I founded InnovateX Solutions in Brisbane to connect senior advice with delivery. As a fractional CIO, CTO and Chief AI Officer, I work with founders, executives and boards on technology strategy, cyber risk and AI adoption. Our team also delivers the work behind those decisions, including architecture, cloud and security improvements, custom software and AI solutions.
I also founded InnovateX Academy to help owners and teams build their own skills. Its courses and hands-on workshops turn AI, cybersecurity and everyday technology into steps people can apply in their own business.
I speak about practical AI, cybersecurity and technology leadership. My focus is on where AI can improve work, what needs to be ready first, and which decisions must stay with people.
