Summary

CTO & cofounder of Simbe, a profitable fertility platform I built from scratch | Fractional CTO for early-stage teams: hands-on engineering and technical leadership

About

I'm the CTO and cofounder of Simbe, a fertility and surrogacy platform I architected and built from scratch. We're profitable, and revenue is up 6x since January 2026.

I also spent nearly seven years at Even Financial - later Engine by MoneyLion, now part of Gen Digital - rising from software engineer to Staff Engineer in machine learning. University of Michigan undergrad, Penn for grad school.

Through Thinkering Studios, I work with early-stage teams as a fractional CTO: technical leadership on the decisions that are hardest to walk back, plus hands-on engineering when you need someone building, not just advising.

I help founders decide what to build, what to skip, what it should cost, and whether the team building it is on the right track. I also offer investors an independent technical assessment of companies they're evaluating.

I also angel invest in early-stage companies.

How fractional CTO engagements with Shraddha work

Shraddha works on a fractional basis — typically one to three days a week for an agreed engagement length — so you get senior technical leadership without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire. Engagements commonly include technical due diligence, board reporting, engineering team leadership, technology strategy, architecture reviews, hiring support, and stepping in as interim CTO during a transition.
